Drain Cleaning
Every commercial facility operation requires unobstructed and free-flowing drains and pipes. Routine drain cleaning will remedy common issues such as accumulated grit, grime, clogs, and mess. Pro-active maintenance helps avoid/minimize future problems.
Drain Hydro Jetting
Drain hydro jetting is ideal for handling all types of clogs such as sediment or mineral build-up, grease and oil buildup, gunk, clumps of hair and other foreign matter. It safely and thoroughly cleans pipes, removes residue, reduces bacteria, and it is cost-effective, long-lasting, and environmentally friendly.
Camera Line Inspections
Specially designed, waterproof, cameras allow us to conduct a visual inspection of sewer lines and other underground pipes, including pipes under cement. Our high-tech drain cameras are flexible and examine pipes and pipe walls in drains from two inches to thirty-six inches in diameter.
Process Piping
VASEY’s handles a variety of process piping which typically consists of interconnected piping systems such as tubing, pipes, pressure hoses, valves, separators, traps, flanges, fittings, gaskets, strainers, and other components. These piping components are typically placed together to move, mix, separate, stop, distribute or control the flow of fluids, liquids, chemicals, fuels, and gases.
Pipe Location
Pipe detection quickly pinpoints the exact location of drain lines and existing breaks with the use of a transmitter. It eliminates guesswork and reduces the need to excavate unnecessary areas. It will accurately lead the Technician to the right pipe or give him the ability to locate pipes that are underground. The pipe detection system can be used to find all types of lines, such as cast iron, plastic, concrete, and vitrified clay.
