Meet Mike Bogan. He’s been with VASEY for 17 years – 15 of which as a HVAC project installer. Because he’s been such a powerful contributor to VASEY’s success, Mike was promoted to Plumbing Manager in the summer of 2019. Now his responsibilities revolve around plumbing projects and sales. He specifies equipment needed during the bidding process, coordinates projects, and schedules team members.
According to Mike, VASEY maintains a family-like work environment. As a veteran and committed team member, Mike cherishes the fact that he’s been given the tools to succeed – whether it’s taken the form of mentorship and on-the-job training, or a more studious approach.
Mike contributes VASEY’s long-term success to their superior reputation combined with a collaborative /can-do attitude and providing great service. Another key component to VASEY’s success – excellent inter-departmental processes and communication – always with the ultimate goal of taking care of and exceeding the customers’ expectations.
Mike, a consummate outdoors person, loves riding dirt bikes and working around the house. A native of Greenfield, Indiana, Mike currently resides in Manilla with his wonderful wife, Kristin, two Labradors (Throttle and Kenda) and two cats. But there’s one thing that’s permanently stolen his heart, he shares, it is his “beautiful little Princess,” Reese.
A little-known fact, Mike met his wife, Kristin on a blind date.
