We’ve had a busy spring and summer here at VASEY – from team member training and celebrations, community service, promotions and retirements, and our annual family outing.

We are proud to announce that Bryant Courtney has successfully graduated from the Plumbing School at Mechanical Skills in May 2024. Completing this program was no small feat—it involved 576 hours of classroom instruction, and 7,600 hours of on-the-job training spread over four years, all prerequisites for qualifying for the licensing exam.
With his education completed, Bryant is expected to receive his journeyman's license by the end of the year. The graduation ceremony was attended by Joe Williams, Service Manager, Kyle Kingery, Service Supervisor, as well as Bryant's family and friends. |

Celebrating National Technician Day |
VASEY Honors its Unsung Heroes |
On June 21, VASEY Commercial Facility Solutions celebrated National Technicians Day with a grand gesture of appreciation for their HVAC, Plumbing, Drain, and Sewer Technicians. These skilled professionals, often working behind the scenes, are the lifeblood of VASEY’s success. To honor their dedication and hard work, VASEY hosted a deluxe breakfast at 502 East Centre in Carmel, Indiana.
The event was a tribute to the technicians who tirelessly ensure that buildings operate efficiently and safely. VASEY’s Principals, David Sheffield and Tom Slagle, addressed the team, expressing profound appreciation for their unwavering dedication. “Our technicians are the backbone of our company,” Sheffield said. Slagle added, “Their expertise and commitment to excellence make us who we are. Today, we celebrate not just their skills but their spirit of service.”
Family Outing – Indianapolis Indians Game |
On September 15, VASEY hosted its annual Family Outing, attended by over 200 people. The event took place at an Indianapolis Indians Baseball Game at Victory Field in Indianapolis, providing a fantastic opportunity for team members to unwind and enjoy time with their families and colleagues. The Indians hosted the Rochester Red Wings where they lost with a score of 6 to 3 in 10 innings.
