Normally, VASEY celebrates its team members annually; however with COVID, that tradition was suspended in 2020 and 2021. As a result, everyone was excited to celebrate past and present award recipients. This year's awards banquet was held at the 502 East Event Centre, in Carmel, Indiana on Saturday March 12. Team members and their significant others were treated to an evening of fun, food, and celebration. The evening’s theme, “Back to the ‘80s” was reflected in the music, a photo booth, and decorations. DeeDee Prather, who will be retiring at the end of April, received wine, flowers and a donation made in her name to the Boone County Humane Society.

Gail Cofer (64th birthday) - His wife, children, and grandchildren planned a surprise birthday cake – complete with 64 candles and a roaring rendition of Happy Birthday sung by all.
